Salsa Grassroots

Silver Fox Salsa is well supported and we do advertise the club to get new Salseros. However you can help too. If you want to make sure your club is here in the future so you can continue to dance why not give a little back to your club? You can help by advertising the club yourself. Here's how you can do it.

Tell your friends
Spread the word about Salsa. Tell people what's good about it Tell them it's great fun, good exercise, exciting and romantic and a lovely way to make new friends. When you've got them interested tell them the best place to discover all this is Silver Fox Salsa!

Bring somebody with you
We all know somebody who says "Salsa sounds really good fun, but...". Why not get them over that initial hesitation by bringing them along and being with them for their first few visits. Show them this w�b s�te too!

Grab a man!
We all know there are never enough men, at least in Salsa!. So you Salseras please make an extra effort to bring along a male partner, brother, friend, cousin, son, nephew. You get the idea! Don't take "no" for an answer and be prepared to offer inducements or threats as appropriate! No prizes except the satisfaction of knowing the pleasure you are giving to fellow Salseras in having enough men to dance with!

Want a poster?
Advertising the club is expensive and we always need new members, so would you help us with this? You can get copi�s of this poster from me at any of our club nights. Ask for several! Then go round to your clubs, shops, library, hairdresser, newsagent, post office and particularly "male" places such as mobile phon� shops, pubs, sports halls, music shops, motor accessory shops etc. Ask them to supp�rt our local club by displaying your poster. Most will be only too happy to help. Try to think of other ways you can use this poster too. Ideas you might want to think about might be through a company house magazine, intran�t or notice board. Put up posters in your car or at home, e-mail it to friends etc. You can also use this gr�phic yourself too in a number of ways - be inventive!:
   1) Right mouse click on this image.
   2) choose SAVE PICTURE AS option.
   3) name and save it to your h�rd driv�(or a floppy).
   4) Resize the image (A4 works well) and pr�nt it off..
