All holds and steps illustrated beat by beat - and inter-beat moves shown too! Highly recommended as very easy to follow. Let's Dance Price: �9.99 By: Paul Bottomer Publisher: Lorenz Books Availability: high street retailer. Description: 256 pages, soft back, of which 24 pages are devoted to Salsa. Comments: this is acompilation of the Dance Club books by the author (see following review). It is very good value for money because you get, for the price of less than 2 seperate Dance Club books, steps to 18 dances - including Salsa, Tango, Merengue, Lambada, Mambo, Rumba, Cha Cha, Paso Doble and Samba. So you can get ideas for new moves. Highly recommended as good value for money. Salsa Dance Club Price: �4.95 By: Paul Bottomer. Publisher: Southwater Press. Availability: high street retailer. Description: 64 pages, soft back. Comments: Previously published as Dance Crazy Salsa. Lots of detail and well illustrated. Also includes useful styling and other tips. Highly recommended. Also available as part of the Let's Dance compendium by the author (see previous review). Recommended as a cheap introduction. The Latin Beat: The rhythms and roots of latin music from Bossa Nova to Salsa and beyond Price: �8.99 By: Ed Morales. Publisher: De Capo Press. Availability: high street retailer. Description: 372 pages, soft back. Comments: All you ever wanted to know about Latin Ametican music, the culture, history styles and a lot more. It's not as good as dancing but if you can't get to a club or your away on holiday and you're not in the Latino part of the world well it will make a very good read indeed, until you can get to a ysychiatrist and have your holiday problem sorted out.
